My thoughts are going to be all over the place today, for some reason my head is acting like a fragmented drive.
I don't know which is more uncomfortable, the smooth roads of Lincoln or breaking in a new saddle. Well, I took the new wheels for a spin yesterday after work and it was fun, 20 miles. Many people seemed to have been out and enjoying the nice weather for a change too. Couldn't see how fast I could take the new ride, my scheduled workout was supposed to be light. Guess there will be time enough for that at next weeks TT (5/19). Definitely looking forward to that since it will be my first road race. The day after that race (5/20) is the reschedule date for the Swanson Psycowpath race. I rode Swanson last Thursday before all that rain dumped on us and have a good feel for the course. Though I am assuming the paths I followed were the course, guess I will find out on race day. hehe
Had a nice [nice being used in an extreme sarcastic manner] project dumped on me this morning. Told them it would take me two weeks to complete it, though I am thinking more like the end of this week I can have it done. Just love it when people leave the company, have no documentation for their projects, the project is six months old and now someone is screaming to have it done NOW. Strange as it may sound, I usually live for this stuff. Unfortunately, sleep is usually the price I pay for crunch time troubleshooting.
Sorry about that, I don't want this blog to be about my work life. As if anyone cares about what I do. hehe Also, I don't want someone I work with to come along and see me write something bad about work and get me in trouble.
I am thinking of riding out to Eagle and back, hopefully it won't be as crowded on that route. Then again it's supposed to be a light workout again so I may just do the same path as yesterday. Maybe I will surprise myself and do something completely different. Nah, change is a bad thing. ;)

get out on the hiway - if only to get accustomed to the whoosh of the trucks going by. Just my .02
Are you telling me to go play in the streets? hehe
I always go out with a headwind, so I can "fly" back home with a tailwind:)
Well, I have been mostly in the Keystone up here, but that is slowly getting boring, so I will start playing in the streets as well, plus, I decided to do the TT and have to find some hills.
Come down to Lincoln and do the Cortland ride, there are plenty of nice hills on that ride, distance is approx. 23 miles. I plan on trying to do it if Marc will let me. :)
