The guard was let down and it happened. I had a flat tire this morning. Ugh...and it isn't going to be cheap either. I did bring my bike to work to go riding over lunch again, so it isn't all that bad. This riding over lunch to free up my evenings is a pretty good idea of mine. I very rarely get one, so I have to live it up when it does happen. The weather doesn't seem to be too bad. A tad windy though, 15 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 30.
Hmmm....not much really to talk about. I think I may just go around to all the other offices here and get some Halloween candy. Hope everyone is having a good one.
One last item. Never, ever, no matter how desperate you are go to Jensen Tires for auto work. They are nothing but a bunch of petty thieves and scamsters. I went to pick up my car after they called and said the tires were fixed. I notice that the hub cap is missing, they said it was never there. I know for a fact I put it in the trunk. Also, the check engine light came on and they said it was on when I dropped it off. Fat chance. I swear they did something. They did this to me last time and I just thought they were telling the truth. Odd that it happens more than once and always after visiting them. Stay away from them and give your service to some other place. I am foaming at the mouth right now. I should stop now before I write things that aren't very family oriented.

lol. always something isn't it?
which Jensen did you visit? the one at 108th/Ford seems mostly devoid of crooks.
sydney - yes it is and it's getting frustrating hehe
bryan - 120th and Dodge. People are telling me I should have gone to Walker Tire. It definitely will be some place different next time.
call 7 can help or one of the news stations. They'd dig a story like that to run on scams
marc - thanks for the info, I was wondering if something like that was in this area.
As a follow-up my check engine light did not come on this morning. Coincidence? I stopped believing in those years ago. I think they did something just to get me to pay 100 clams for a diagnostic check.
