Only a few more hours of the dreaded income machine then it's vacation time. Time to put some more miles on my legs in hopes to improve myself. This vacation will see me riding my bicycle across Iowa for a whole week in the RAGBRAI. With over ten thousand people I will definitely have opportunities to meet many people and make friends. Sure hope the weather will behave. Pray for low temps and no rain.
On my return I should have many stories to share with you.
Good luck to everyone in their adventures in the next couple of weeks. Good luck to those participating in the Cornhusker State Games and those racing at the Babcook race next weekend. Sure wish I was racing in that race.
This will mark the end of my "BIG" vacations for the year. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do next year? There are a couple of ideas running through my head. I would probably like to do BRAN again. If I get enough ideas I may have to put up a poll to see which one I should do. If you provide me with ideas make them reasonable please. I'm looking to see what kind of fun and interesting things I can do for under a grand. This is because I have a lot of other things I want to buy. hehe

I checked the internet for anything on the RAGBRAI,and was amazed at the coverage and all the people. It looks like you've probably had a great time. I'm proud of you.
As for vacation next year, do what makes you happy, or come help us build a house? Tee hee. Love, Mom
