Well, the registration is complete and I am set to go for all 3 events this weekend. It looks like there will be quite a number of people participating this weekend. In case you were wanting to participate and haven't registered yet, you still have until 9pm this evening. Go here to register. You can also register for the Norfolk Classic.
The weather isn't looking too good for this weekend; this could be my first bad weather race. Then again this will be my second race ever. Anyone who will be attending the race, make sure you check out the update at http://www.nebraskacyclingnews.com/content/view/682/173/ because the start locations have definitely changed from the original posting. Looks like the RR and TT will be starting in O'Dell. There didn't appear to be changes to the location for the Crit.
Good luck to everyone who will be racing this weekend where ever you decide to race. Have a great Memorial Day weekend to everyone and a hearty thanks to all veterans for what you have done.

Hey great blogger site -- very inormative, and also entertaining. Didn't know you were into the mountain biking kick. Good sport and plenty of adrenalin. Hope you figure out how to keep your face off the handlebars in the future.
Had major surgery on my left shoulder on 5/16. Finally tore my rotator cuff tendon completely off the upper arm weight lifting. The rupture was the progressive result of several partial tears over the past 8 years. Doc had to shave off the bone causing impingement in the shoulder, then tie the tendon back in place to the bone using anchors. The left arm will be out of service for about four weeks while hopefully the tendon grafts back to the bone. Then 3 to 4 months of rehab and strength building. No Mt. biking for me!!!
Have a good Memorial Day weekend and race SAFE.
